Information you give us. When you submit a form (contact, audit request, or client onboarding), we collect what you provide: your name, email, phone number, business name, and any details you choose to share. We use this only to respond to you and deliver our services.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregate and not used to identify you personally.

Form submissions

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms and, for client onboarding, may be synced to our GoHighLevel CRM. We do not collect payment-card details through this website, and sensitive personal or health information should not be submitted through our standard forms.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate this site and serve you, and where required by law. We do not sell or rent your data.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws, you may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
